What makes a polo office-ready

A collar that stays up: a firm, ribbed or self-fabric collar that doesn't curl after a few washes.
Fabric with body: pique or a heavier cotton hangs cleanly and doesn't cling. Thin jersey can look like a T-shirt with a collar.
The right length: long enough to stay tucked, short enough to wear out. Most brands sell one length per size.
Colour: black, navy, white, grey and earthy tones work in most offices.
